We at ADA believe that our clients have suffered to much already,  the damage caused to your property leaves not only a physical impact on your lives but also an emotional one and a financial one.  Which is why at ADA we offer 10% of the total claim back to the property owner upon a successful claim and completion of all works, this is intended to compensate the property owner for any disruption to there schedule, such as time from work or waiting in for contractors.

That is right, depending upon which option you choose.  We at ADA will give back to you 10% of the claim upon completion.

We will fight your corner with the insurance company and loss adjuster to ensure that you receive the best possible outcome.  Once the insurer has finalised their decision we could :

OPTION 1:

Pass all money to the property owner less a small commission so that you may undertake your own repairs.


OPTION 2:

Arrange all works, source all contractors and manage the entire project through to completion.  Once completed a payment of 10% will made to the property owner to cover any inconveniences.
